I closed my browser – how do I pull up my purchased tickets?
Just go back to wfconcerts.expapp.com on your phone and sign in using your same email address.

Do I need an original ticket to get in?
Yes.  The upgrades are only good for special experiences and do not grant access to the event.

Will I get a receipt for my purchase?
Yes.  A receipt is automatically sent to your email address.

I bought an experience on my phone – now what?
Just follow the confirmation instructions on your phone or refer to the email receipt for details.

Can I purchase more than one experience?
Yes. Just click the Want More? button to purchase additional experiences.
