Due to the recent requests from tour security for increased fan screening, we are instituting a CLEAR BAG POLICY. This is a policy that has been implemented at other venues across the country along with all NFL stadiums.
CLEAR BAG POLICY:
Fans arriving to our venues must have bags that are in compliance with the clear bag policy. Bags that are not in compliance will not be stored and must be returned to the patron’s vehicle. A description of the style and size of the bags that will be allowed is below:
- Bags that are clear (see through) plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
- One-gallon clear (see through) plastic freezer bag or similar
- Small clutch bags, not to exceed 8” x 5” x 2” (approximately the size of a hand), with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the venue along with one of the clear bag options
Our number one goal is to make sure everyone is safe and has a good time. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you this summer!
Why did the WFC adopt this policy?
The artists we work with strongly recommended we adjust our policy to enhance public safety and make venue access more efficient by limiting the size and style of bags carried into our venues. This proactive measure both will enhance safety inside and outside the venue and speed the security screening process for all concert fans. The public deserves to be in a safe, secure environment. This is about both safety and improving the overall fan experience.
How does the new policy improve public safety?
The clear bag is easily and quickly searched and greatly reduces faulty bag searches. It also supports the Department of Homeland Security's "If You See Something, Say Something" campaign.
How does this make it more convenient for fans?
This will enable us to move fans through our security check points much faster. A standard size bag eliminates the need for bag templates to check bag sizes. It will make the venue’s job much easier, allowing staff to be more efficient and effective in checking bags that are brought into the venue. There will be less time spent standing in lines at the venue gates and fans will be able to be in their seats well before the show starts. Fans also will enjoy an improved sense of safety. Shorter lines mean fewer hassles.
How many bags can each person bring into the venue?
One large clear bag – either a one-gallon Ziploc style bag or the 12" by 6" by 12" clear bag – plus a small clutch. The larger clear bag must be a standard 12" by 6" by 12" made of clear PVC vinyl and is easily searched. The one-gallon Ziploc bag is readily available, inexpensive and easily searched. The small clutch allows privacy for small personal items and also is easily searched.
Can fans carry cameras, binoculars, or smart phones separately from what they put in a clear bag?
Yes. Binoculars or a phone or camera can be carried into the venue so long as it is not in its own bag. This is not a restriction on items that fans have been able to bring into the venue. It is only a restriction on the type of container used to carry items.
Are seat cushions allowed to be carried into the venue?
No, they are not.
What about bringing blankets?
Fans will be able to bring blankets by tossing them over a shoulder or arm. They can be easily screened carrying a blanket into the venue.
What happens if I show up at the gate with a bag that is not permitted?
Fans carrying bags that do not meet the criteria will be turned away from the venue. We will have an ample supply of clear plastic tote bags for purchase (Starting 7/22) or clear plastic freezer bags to afford guests the opportunity to transfer their belongings to an approved bag before they approach the venue.
If I have certain items that I need to bring into the stadium for medical reasons and they won't fit in the clear bag, what do I do?
Please email [email protected]
Are all purses prohibited?
No. Unlike some event venues, we are not banning all bags. Small clutch purses, with or without a handle or strap, are permitted along with either the 12" by 6" by 12" clear tote bag or the one-gallon freezer bag. This should enable you to carry the same items you have in previous years and speed entry into the stadium for all fans because it will take less time to screen bags. Shorter lines means fewer hassles. We encourage fans not to bring any bags, but have created a policy that balances fan needs with improved public safety and convenience.
Do I have to put everything I'm carrying into the permissible bags?
No. We are limiting only the type of bags carried into the venue, not items that you normally bring to a show. Therefore, you can carry in your pockets or jacket keys, makeup, feminine products, comb, phone, wallet, credit cards, etc., if you choose not to put them in a clear bag or clutch. And you can carry a blanket over your arms, and binoculars and/or camera around your neck or in your hands without the case. You can use the clear bag and clutch to carry other items. You will continue to have the flexibility to bring a wide variety of approved items into the venue. Every member of your family may carry in a permissible bag.
What about diaper bags?
Diapers can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, would be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the venue. That is a quite a bit of storage capacity.
If I have special medical equipment I need to have with me at all times, where do I put that?
Please email [email protected]
You are more than welcome to bring a pair of binoculars with you to the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion to enhance your overall experience.

CREDIT CARD ENTRY - PAPERLESS ENTRY
IS CREDIT CARD ENTRY DIFFERENT FROM PAPERLESS TICKETS?
Nope, it’s the same thing – just a new name.
HOW DOES CREDIT CARD ENTRY WORK?
Easy – the card you used to buy your ticket is your ticket. Just show that card at the entrance along with a photo ID; they’ll swipe it to find your purchase and print a seat locator slip. Have fun!
I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR FRIENDS – CAN WE GET IN SEPARATELY?
If you bought for a group you gotta enter as a group, UNLESS Ticket Transfer is available for your event. To check, just click the order number under Order History in My Account and look for the Transfer Tickets button.
WHAT IF I BOUGHT THE TICKETS BUT I’M NOT GOING TO THE EVENT?
If the artist, team, or venue uses Ticketmaster Ticket Transfer, you can send the tickets to anyone you want – free! To see if Ticket Transfer is an option for your event, just click the order number under Order History in My Account and look for the Transfer Tickets button.
If you don’t see the button, you may be able to walk your group to the entrance and show your credit card and ID to get them in. But please check with the venue!
WHAT IF I HAVE TO SHOW MY TICKET AGAIN AFTER I GET IN, LIKE TO ACCESS A SUITE?
Just show your seat locator slip! You’ll get one at the entrance when they swipe your card to find your purchase.
CAN I BUY TICKETS WITH A GIFT CARD OR VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD?
Sorry, you gotta use a credit card – the plastic kind – so it can be swiped at the entrance to find your purchase.
WHAT IF THE CREDIT CARD I USED EXPIRES BEFORE THE EVENT?
Just bring the old card, or the replacement card with the same account number. If you destroyed the old card and your new one has a different account number, please contact Fan Support.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO BRING THE CREDIT CARD I USED TO PURCHASE?
Oh no! Go straight to the box office for help. Each venue has its own policy, but they’ll probably ask for your photo ID and purchase confirmation email. You can show them the email on your phone, and the name on the email must match your ID.
I USED A CARD I SHARE WITH MY SPOUSE – CAN THEY GET IN WITHOUT ME?
As long they’re an authorized card user! Just make sure your better half brings the card and a photo ID.
CAN I SELL CREDIT CARD ENTRY TICKETS?
That’s up to the artist, team, or venue! If they give the green light you’ll see a Sell button when you click the order number under Order History in My Account.
If you don’t see the Sell button it’s probably because the tickets are in high demand, and the artist, team, or venue wants true fans like you to get the seats you want at face value by eliminating unfair competition from professional scalpers. Without the ability to resell tickets at steep prices, scalpers have no reason to snatch them up when they go on sale using automated software, or “bots”.
WHY IS CREDIT CARD ENTRY THE ONLY OPTION FOR SOME EVENTS, OR SOME SECTIONS?
When Credit Card Entry is the only option it’s probably because the tickets are in high demand, and the artist, team, or venue wants true fans like you to get the seats you want at face value by eliminating unfair competition from professional scalpers. Without the ability to resell tickets at steep prices, scalpers have no reason to snatch them up when they go on sale using automated software, or “bots”.
